What changes when you switch.

Four things pharmacy groups tell us slow them down, and what the system does instead.

Before: the warehouse and outlets keep separate stock counts.

One stock figure for head office, the warehouse and every outlet.

Before: near-expiry stock shows up in a monthly report.

Stock close to expiry is flagged early, so you can move it, discount it or return it.

Each unit is held once, in store, online or on a marketplace.

Before: deliveries are shelved before anyone checks them.

Batch and expiry are checked at delivery. Stock waits until a named person approves it.

Deploy Pharmatica with Guided Deployment.

Guided Deployment is our standard method for putting Pharmatica into a live business. Six phases, a defined scope, and a signed exit at each one.

Defined scope, defined outcome.

What is in scope is agreed and signed before work starts, so the project does not drift. Every phase ends in a document you sign, and the next phase does not begin until you do.

Lower risk by sequence.

Discovery comes first, because master-data defects surface late and cost the most to fix in month four. Data migration runs in three passes. Rollout goes by cohort, and nothing moves to the next cohort until the last one reconciles.

The quote follows the size and scope of your operation.

  • The quote counts outlets and warehouses, legal entities, systems in scope, integrations, migration volume and users.
  • One-time fees are quoted per phase and invoiced when you sign its acceptance.
  • A recurring fee covers hosting, support, statutory updates and version upgrades.

Common questions

How long does it take to go live?

Our six-step setup has a sign-off at the end of each step. The time for your business is written in your scope. Your old system is switched off only after ten days of matching figures.

How is our current data moved?

Your data moves in three passes. Stock is loaded by batch and expiry. Before anything goes in, you see a list of the records that did not match. The third pass is the switch-over pass.

Can we keep our current till or ERP?

Yes. We connect your existing tills, so each sale takes stock off at the right price. Anything you keep connects, and each connection has one owner.

Where is our data kept?

Production and backup regions are written in your agreement. Any service that handles data outside Malaysia is named, with its region and the data it handles.

What does a pilot cover?

The pilot runs at one warehouse and a group of outlets. It starts from a written scope and a stated measure of success. A strategy session takes 90 minutes and ends with a written scope for a pilot.
